Role Overview
As a Director, you will take on the role of primary engagement owner, leading commercial due diligence from inception to completion. You'll manage daily client interactions and ensure quality insights and deliverables throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead engagements from kickoff to final investment committee read-out.
• Establish the scope, hypotheses, and key risks for due diligence.
• Facilitate effective day-to-day communication with private equity deal teams.
• Coordinate Managers and workstreams to create a unified and impactful narrative.
• Make critical decisions regarding trade-offs, balancing depth of analysis with speed and risk focus.
• Guarantee that all outputs meet investment committee standards.
• Provide coaching to Managers on their judgment, synthesis, and leadership skills.
Qualifications
• MBA from a prestigious business school.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in consulting or commercial due diligence.
• Comprehensive understanding of private equity decision-making and diligence processes.
• Exceptional executive presence and credibility with clients.

The salary range for this position is $150,000-$225,000 annually, depending on various factors such as education, experience, and skills. We also offer a discretionary bonus program based on both individual and team performance.
