About the Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Communications and Marketing to spearhead our branding initiatives and oversee comprehensive internal and external communications. In this pivotal role, you will develop and implement an extensive strategic communications plan designed to enhance our brand identity and boost our visibility among key stakeholders. You will manage a range of marketing strategies, including digital marketing, content creation, SEO, SEM, social media, email campaigns, and traditional marketing efforts.
Your responsibilities will also include creating a cohesive brand strategy, leading our communications and marketing teams, and managing media relations, including crisis communication. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in senior communications and marketing positions, with a proven track record of executing successful communication and marketing plans.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and an advanced degree is preferred. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate exceptional leadership, are skilled in managing diverse teams, and have a strong understanding of market trends and data analysis. Proficiency in digital marketing tools is essential, along with the creativity and strategic mindset needed to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with other executives and department heads to ensure that our communication and marketing strategies align with the organization’s goals.
