Responsibilities
Aroma360 is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Creative Strategy to lead the creative team and steer the brand’s creative direction
This individual will report directly to the CEO and Executive Leadership and be responsible for executing the brand vision with excellence across all creative and marketing assets
The Director of Creative Strategy will be ensuring that Aroma360’s unique identity is maintained while differentiating it from the Hotel Collection brand
They will oversee all creative aspects of Aroma360, ensuring consistency, innovation, and alignment with the brand's strategic objectives
Lead the creative direction for Aroma360, ensuring all assets align with the brand’s vision
Collaborate closely with Benny and executive leadership to understand and execute the vision for the brand
Ensure that Aroma360’s creative and marketing assets maintain a distinct look and feel, separate from Hotel Collection
Oversee and mentor the entire creative team, providing direction, inspiration, and development opportunities
Develop and implement creative strategies across multiple platforms including digital, print, and in-store displays
Ensure timely and high-quality execution of creative deliverables
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of the market

We're looking for a Director of Creative Strategy to join our team!

Aroma360 is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Creative Strategy to lead the creative team and steer the brand’s creative direction. Key Responsibilities
