Duties
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
Oversee the management of the e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for conversions.
Utilize analytics tools to monitor website performance, track key metrics, and generate reports to inform decision-making.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute email marketing campaigns that drive traffic and sales.
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website.
Manage digital marketing initiatives including paid advertising campaigns across various platforms.
Work closely with graphic design teams to create compelling visuals that align with brand identity and resonate with customers.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce technologies and trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the digital marketplace.
Experience
Proven experience in an e-commerce leadership role or similar capacity within a digital marketing environment.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles and experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficiency in performance marketing techniques, including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting strategies.
Familiarity with WordPress or similar content management systems for website management.
Experience in email marketing platforms and campaign management.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to drive strategic decisions.
Knowledge of SEO strategies and best practices for optimizing web content.
