Director of Educational Programs
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the growth of our portfolio of educational programs with top universities and business schools.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development, marketing, and business strategy in online education.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis for new program development, including market feasibility studies, competitor analyses, and product health assessments.
• Source and validate new program topics, ensuring relevance and demand. Develop comprehensive program concepts and proposals, including personas, high-level curricula, learning objectives, delivery methods, and positioning.
• Pitch new program concepts and proposals to university partners, addressing any concerns or modifications needed.
• Coordinate with Learning Design, Marketing, and Revenue teams to facilitate efficient hand-offs and knowledge transfer through product design, go-to-market strategies, and launch.
Key Responsibilities:

• Research Skills: Research acumen with strong qualitative and quantitative skills and the ability to find, analyze, and communicate effectively with data.
