Director of Engineering

- Developing and implementing industry's best engineering practices and processes

- Overseeing Engineering Technicians and providing guidance as and when required

- Developing departmental goals and strategies

- Building and maintaining long-term business relations with internal and external stakeholders

- Ensuring that the projects timelines are met

- Coordinating with the Project Engineer in reviewing various project progress reports

- Ensuring proper maintenance of all electrical equipment

- Examining and keeping up-to-date with new technological developments

- Overseeing the installation and testing of various engineering products

- Evaluating and confirming product designs and structures

- Discussing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients

Requirements :

- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering

- 8+ years of work experience as a Software Developer
