Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end engineering for Trade and Supply Chain products
• Make architectural and technical decisions ensuring scalability, performance, and quality.
• Guide and mentor engineering teams; stay close to the build process.
• Work on AWS-based deployments and cloud engineering best practices.
• Leverage Java, Python, and open-source technologies across the tech stack.
• Identify opportunities to integrate AI into product workflows (awareness-level expected).
Must-Have Skills
• Technology Experience in Trade/Supply Chain Finance
• Strong engineering/build background — has built products, not just managed teams.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices, API Design, AWS cloud and cloud-native application development.
• Expertise in Java and open-source technologies
