• Current Sales Team: Founder-led. A small but ridiculously effective and hard-working group of 5 that's on track to get to $10M+ ARR this year. Your task is to help grow this team.
Responsibilities:
Approximately 50% of your time will be spent on hiring and training :)
• Recruiting a high-quality sales team: You will be responsible for efficiently hiring a team of Enterprise AEs and SDRs.
• Training and Coaching: Creating scalable training, coaching, and mentoring programs and frameworks to effectively monitor productivity, ramp reps faster, and drive ongoing improvement to bring out the best in your team.
• Driving Pipeline Results: Oversee the execution of the sales plan to meet/exceed new sales and upselling goals (hunting and farming). Establish account relationships with key decision-makers when necessary, to drive large deals forward and increase the size of those accounts.
• Sales Management: Conducting weekly forecasting meetings with teams that report to you on sales activity, productivity, and forecasting. Building predictable sales models for accurate forecasting, doing budget planning, and comp planning to drive performance and retention.
• Setting the right Expectations and Constant Improvement: Ensuring reps are setting the right expectations with customers, doing smooth handovers to customer success, and capturing key product requirements and market feedback to improve our offerings.
Requirements:
Past Experience
• 10-15 years of enterprise B2B sales experience, selling 8-+ figure (INR 1cr - 10cr+ annually) deals in India / SEAsia markets, including 5+ years of sales management experience. Experience in selling to the BFSI industry in SaaS or Services is a HUGE plus.
• Consultancy-led, solution sales mentality and a proven track record of consultative selling of complex software products and services
• Demonstrated success in building and managing a team from the ground up.

• You are smart and market savvy with a strong grasp of the fundamental concepts of funnel creation, management, and closure.
• Strong presentation/demonstration skills, communication, and writing skills.
• You're comfortable implementing modern sales tools and CRMs.

• Compensation: 45-55 LPA base + 40% Variable
• Location: Mumbai, Bangalore (preferable)
