Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Food and Beverage at Seven Seas Hotel in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage department, managing culinary services, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction, developing and managing budgets, and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests.

• Budgeting proficiency
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry (12 years of experience in 5 star property)
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
