Salary Range: Circa £107,880 per annum DOE + Red Hot Benefits

• Build and manage relationships with high-quality customers in the hotel and real estate sectors
• Maximize income and Return on Equity (ROE)

• Utilize expertise to differentiate Virgin Money from competitors
Required:
• Strong knowledge and passion for the hotel sector, with understanding of real estate markets
• Experience in business banking and financial services
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships in the sector
• Excellent communication skills to influence decision-making
• Experience in sales management and financial analysis

• Relevant financial services qualification
• Knowledge of the development finance market
