#### Role Overview
The Group Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing housekeeping operations across all hotels under The Clarks Hotels & Resorts brand. This leadership role will ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency in housekeeping activities, aligning them with the brand’s standards and guest expectations.

#### Key Responsibilities
1. Standardization of Housekeeping Practices:
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping across all properties.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards as per local and international regulations.
2. Training & Development:
- Conduct regular training programs for housekeeping staff to enhance skills and efficiency.
- Monitor staff performance and address training needs across units.
3. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct audits to ensure uniformity in housekeeping services.
- Address and resolve guest complaints related to housekeeping swiftly and effectively.
4. Inventory & Cost Management:
- Manage inventory and procurement of housekeeping supplies and amenities.
- Optimize operational costs while maintaining quality standards.
5. Team Management & Support:
- Act as a liaison between the corporate team and individual hotel housekeeping teams.
- Provide support and guidance to housekeeping heads across properties.
6. Sustainability Initiatives:
- Implement eco-friendly housekeeping practices, focusing on waste reduction, energy efficiency, and sustainable product usage.
7. Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols in housekeeping operations.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulatory changes impacting housekeeping services.
8. Periodic Reporting:
- Prepare and present monthly reports on housekeeping performance, cost management, and guest satisfaction scores to the COO.

#### Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in housekeeping, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple properties.
- Proven experience in creating and implementing housekeeping SOPs.
- Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable housekeeping practices.
- Proficiency in using housekeeping management systems.
