Phiston Technologies is looking to hire a visionary Director of Operations to oversee our company's operational processes and ensure a superb customer experience. Requirements and skills

• Kowledge and experience with ISO +000 and 14001

• Proven experience as Director of Operations or similar role with manufacturing experience

• Experience and training in operations management techniques such as lean manufacturing or total quality management preferred

• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance,etc.

• Knowledge of general accounting practices and managing a P&L.

• Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP

• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development

• Proven track record of managing complex budgets successfully.

• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics

• Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
