Position Title: Head of Marketing

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join our leadership team. This role is pivotal in shaping our market presence and driving our growth strategy. The Head of Marketing will oversee all marketing activities, including corporate communication, market research, and strategic planning. This position will work closely with engineering to define and position our products effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and vision.
Corporate Communication: Manage internal and external communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand integrity.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Product Definition and Positioning: Collaborate with other departments to define product features and positioning in the market.
Creation and Management of assets: Work with various departments to create and maintain the tools required by the sales organization to interact with customers and other stakeholders. Build and maintain other assets, such as: web, SM, etc.
Customer Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs and feedback drive our marketing efforts.
Market Awareness and Demand: Drive market awareness and demand in key verticals such as aerospace and defense. Focus on Social and Digital marketing.
Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hardware, robotics, or Aerospace and Defense industries.
Skills:

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
