DIRECTOR OF EFFECTIVENESS UP TO £+0,000-100,000 + BENEFITS LONDON THE COMPANY As a Director of Marketing Effectiveness in this company, you will be working with massive household brand names in a broad range of industries. This company are at the forefront of Marketing Effectiveness using the most advanced techniques across MMM, Econometrics, ML, and AI. This role will involve owning a P&L within the company whilst managing a large team. THE ROLE As a Director of Marketing Effectiveness you will be doing the following; Developing and maintaining client relationships owning a £multi-million P&L Mentoring Analysts from Junior to Principal level around econometric/MMM methods to analyse marketing effectiveness Managing the team who build technical models from scratch (less so for the more senior roles, gradually moving to hands-off) Working closely with stakeholders across the business including the systems team who specialise in software development Embedding MMM and Econometric learnings into tangible outcomes for clients YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Director of Marketing Effectiveness will have the following skills and experience: Experience leading teams in the MMM/Econometrics space, with proven experience owning client relationships Experience owning a P&L of £1m+ would help this person hit the ground running in the role Experience working with tools used for MMM/Econometrics such as Eviews/R in the past Strong understanding around marketing effectiveness God communication and stakeholder skills THE BENEFITS The successful Director of Marketing Effectiveness will receive a salary between £+0,000 to £100,000 and an extensive benefits package.
