Overview
This role blends strategic brand leadership with hands-on execution. The Senior Director, Brand & Communications partners closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the company’s brand, voice, and communications consistently reflect its values, standards, and quality of work. This leader sets direction while remaining highly operational, particularly during major launches and high-priority initiatives.
Must-Have Qualifications
• Proven project branding experience, including development and launch of brand systems
• Demonstrated success working with and managing third-party agencies and vendors
• Experience marketing new products or projects, including building lead funnels, go-to-market strategies, and SOPs
• Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives forward

Primary Responsibilities
• Own and evolve the corporate brand identity, voice, and narrative
• Lead corporate communications, executive messaging, and PR strategy
• Direct project branding and marketing for priority initiatives and new developments
• Build and manage lead-generation strategies, launch plans, and marketing SOPs
• Oversee agencies, budgets, and vendors to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery
• Support internal brand and culture initiatives through thoughtful communications and experiences
Experience & Education
• 7+ years in brand strategy, marketing, communications, or creative leadership
• Proven ability to steward a corporate brand and lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus
Real Estate Experience strongly preferred
