Hall & Prior Health & Aged Care Group is a family-owned aged care provider operating 36 residential aged care homes, with in-home and community care programs in WA and NSW. We believe that our commitment to providing high quality care can make a real difference to the lives of our consumers and their families.
We are seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing to lead our team at our Fremantle based facility, on a full-time basis.
About the role
You will be instrumental in ensuring the facility is fully occupied, meeting accreditation standards and cultivating a stable and positive workplace culture for staff. Your advanced clinical and leadership experience will be vital to ensuring we provide safe, effective, and high-quality care to our aged-care residents.
Your well-honed communication, assessment, and problem-solving skills are easily demonstrated when managing an aged care facility and leading inter-disciplinary teams, implementing Quality Management and Continuous Improvement programs well as when providing relationship-centred care that ensures the dignity and respect of all residents.
What you'll need to succeed
Before you can be considered for this role, we'll need to ensure you possess the following:
a tertiary qualification (Bachelor or higher) in Nursing and AHPRA registration
previous experience working as a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager in the aged care sector
NDIS Worker Screening Check
evidence of influenza vaccination
full working rights in Australia
