Habitude Salon & Spa is hiring a Director of Operations and Experiences to lead daily operations and performance across a 45-person team. We are scaling toward a 70-person team, and we are hiring this role to build the operational structure required to support that growth.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing Service Managers and Front Desk Managers while driving operational excellence, elevated guest experience, and measurable KPI improvement.
Responsibilities:
Lead and hold managers accountable to measurable results
Oversee daily salon and spa operations
Improve scheduling flow, efficiency, and service execution
Reduce cancellations and no-shows through systems and follow-up processes
Standardize customer service and front desk execution
Implement and maintain SOPs and operational rhythms
Track and improve KPIs (rebooking %, retail, productivity, client satisfaction)
Strengthen operational discipline across departments
Recruit revenue producing players to meet scaling goals
Strategize Re-Org if needed
Qualifications:
5+ years experience leading managers in Salon & Spa operations
Proven track record improving measurable performance metrics
Strong systems and process builder
Confident decision-maker who can coach and correct performance
Professional presence and high emotional intelligence
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with high standards

Collaborates with: HR & Finance (dual visibility with Owner)
