We are inviting applications for the position of Vice Principal – Pastoral Care & Student Development. This role will focus on building a structured, disciplined and supportive student environment while ensuring strong visibility and engagement across the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintaining active campus presence and conducting regular classroom visits
• Strengthening discipline systems and student behaviour frameworks
• Supporting student counselling and wellbeing initiatives
• Addressing parent concerns in a structured and professional manner
• Leading assemblies and student engagement programs
• Promoting a culture of respect, accountability and personal growth
Eligibility Criteria:
• 4 to 6 years of relevant school experience
• Experience as a coordinator, senior teacher or in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to maintain authority with approachability
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
The selected candidate will work closely with the Principal and Management to enhance student life and institutional culture.
