Position Overview

Our Product leadership team is looking for an innovative Director of Product Manager who will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to take on our toughest business challenges and define compelling solutions for our members.

This role leads the Product Management team in India. The role entails ensuring strong collaboration with the engineering teams, which are also based in India. This is a role where you can take responsibility in leading the product management effort for the specific focus areas and ensure seamless global delivery for the organization.


Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to define product strategy and OKRs.
Manage and scale a team of individual contributor-level Product Managers, while also acting as the direct PM for some initiatives.
Scope and lead the development of new product features that will increase the financial health of our users
Drive strong communication and alignment up, down and sideways within the organization
Requirements:
10 years of Product Management experience, with at least 5 years' experience leading a team of product managers.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and are able to present at the executive stakeholder level.
Experience working with business executives from many disciplines (compliance, operations, technology, business intelligence, legal, cybersecurity, etc.) to understand the need, define features, and prioritize and manage scope to operate in an iterative agile delivery framework.
Experience with dynamic content delivery, systems supporting both end users and internal agent facing systems and with delivering both online and within the enterprise.
Experience supporting a multi-national (US, IN & MX) workforce and multi-cultured end user base.
Understanding of modern architecture design principles and technologies in order to work with developers on the design and build of features.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
This position is a key leadership role in the organisation and requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully managing and launching products. The Director of Product Management must be an excellent communicator, able to work across teams and functions, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with constantly changing priorities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for product development and a strong understanding of market trends, stakeholders needs, and competitive landscape.
