I’m working with an exciting and innovative fintech client based in Miami, a leader in financial technology solutions that are transforming the way businesses and consumers manage payments, access financial services, and make smarter financial decisions. With rapid growth and an expanding product suite, they are now looking to bring on a visionary Director of Product to lead their product strategy, development, and execution, driving innovation in the fintech space.

Role Overview

The Director of Product will take ownership of the company's product strategy, working to develop and scale financial solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and consumers. This role is crucial for ensuring that their products stay ahead of market trends while providing a seamless, secure, and compliant experience for users.

Qualifications
• 11+ years of product management experience.

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire product teams.
• Proficiency with agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!).
• Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills to drive product decisions.
• Technical understanding of APIs, fintech technologies, and financial systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Must be available to work onsite in Miami, FL.
