Seeking Director of Product Marketing for a Growing Global Medical Device Company
Are you a Product Marketing expert with extensive experience developing and managing go-to-market strategies for innovative medical technology products? TorchLight is looking for a savvy Director of Product Marketing for a MD-based global medical device company. This person will lead a team committed to product development/evangelism, messaging, and ultimately growing sales/product use for the organization. Qualified individuals will have 10+ years of full-scale medical technology product marketing experience (with management background).
Location:
Hybrid in Columbia, MD. Open to candidates who are willing to relocate to the area.
U.S. citizenship or a permanent residency card in the U.S. is required to be an eligible candidate for this opportunity.
Employment:
This is a full-time, Direct Hire opportunity, offering a flexible work schedule with work-from-home (WFH) options.
Role responsibilities:
Oversee marketing communication plans and goals for the franchise in North American markets
Develop and lead go-to-market strategy for assigned product categories
Work with sales and marketing teams to research, collaborate, and develop overall marketing strategy to deliver on company goals
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team
Establish and optimize customer-centric collaborations between Sales, Corporate Accounts, Education, and Finance
Handle messaging, positioning, pricing, playbooks, internal training, and business case planning
Manage competitive research and become internal subject matter expert in this area
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to develop tools/resources and drive messaging
