Director of Sales & Marketing - Monsoon Empress, Kochi - A five star boutique hotel.
Experience in Brand Hotels mandatory.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for Monsoon Empress, a five-star boutique hotel located in Kochi.
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape, and use this information to develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities and maximize sales potential.
Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and packages that optimize hotel occupancy and revenue.
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, online content, and social media campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and messaging alignment.
Monitor and analyze sales and marketing data, including revenue reports, market share, and customer feedback, and use these insights to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous growth.
Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to enhance the hotel's visibility and expand its customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments, and leverage this knowledge to identify innovative marketing opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, finance, and human resources, to ensure seamless coordination and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives
