Qualifications
Prior experience as a Director or Regional Vice President of Sales in a full-service, independent and/or luxury hotel or resort required
Minimum of Ten (10) years of progressive management experience in the hospitality field with overseeing multiple properties
College Degree or equivalent industry experience
Proven leadership skills
Ability to be flexible with constantly changing environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Self-starting personality with an even disposition
Always maintain a professional appearance and manner
Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
Basic mathematical skills and ability to make accurate mathematical calculations
Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner
Must be willing to work days, nights, weekends and holidays

Work with sales teams to support major and critical developing client accounts
Inspire the Sales team to work collaboratively toward a shared vision, while providing ongoing mentoring, coaching, and development opportunities
Build high performing, cohesive, guests focused solutions sales teams
Identify, develop, and retain high performing sales professionals
Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, communicate effectively, promote collaboration, nurture a positive, professional work environment, and ensure development of a successful sales strategy

THE ROLE...
