We are in search of a highly motivated and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our sales and marketing vision.

Director of Sales & Marketing

This position is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, overseeing a team of sales professionals, managing key accounts, and securing long-term OEM partnerships. The ideal candidate will have strong background in industrial or technical B2B Sales, knowledge of metal fabrication processes and proven ability to lead a successful sales & marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Development: Define and execute a sales strategy for custom manufacturing that aligns with the company’s goals and growth objectives. Identify and secure long-term OEM partnerships.

Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and present monthly and quarterly forecasting reports, client prospect lists and overall sales pipelines showing quotation attainment and sales probability.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain and build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, to foster long-term partnerships.

Negotiations & Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and close deals to secure OEM accounts.

Revenue Growth: Drive business development and growth by increasing sales within existing accounts and acquiring new customers.

Team Leadership: Manage a team of sales and customer service professionals to achieve department and company goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with operations and engineering departments to align capabilities with customer expectations.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the metal fabrication industry.

Brand Development: Ensure that the company’s brand and values are consistently represented in all sales and marketing activities. Manage the planning and development of company marketing and advertising material and select media for its release across multiple mediums/web/social media.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales & marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources and achieve goals.

Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, and/or Mechanical Engineering

8-10 years of experience in industrial or technical B2B Sales with a strong background in metal fabrication processes

Proven success in developing, executing, and leading sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.

Proficiency in CRM/ERP platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital tools.

Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.

Compensation to be negotiated based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
