This Company and brand are led by an inspirational industry leader with a clear vision for creating something unique in the London Hotel Market. Currently with one property there are more openings in the pipeline and this role will grow to oversee them all.
The role – - Director of Sales and Revenue – 110k – 120k
• Implement strategies to maximize revenue and drive, attract and retain guests
• Analyse financial performance metrics and trends to identify areas for revenue growth
• To oversee and inspire your sales team to ensure continuing growth and development of your people
• To be a brand ambassador, to network at the group level while building strong relationships both in the UK and internationally
• To work with the board and senior team to ensure budgets are met and exceeded and the future pipeline looks strong
The Package – Director of Sales and Revenue - 110k - 120k plus package
