• Lead and manage the Social Services Department, including staff supervision, policy development, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate admission/discharge processes, collaborate with local agencies, and facilitate community reintegration.
• Oversee quality assurance, staff training, and departmental budget within fiscal parameters.
• Maintain legal and clinical standards, promote effective communication, and support a therapeutic environment.
• Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work, California LCSW/MFCC license, supervisory experience, and knowledge of mental health systems.
