Job Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee multiple complex projects and initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation in technology solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, technology leads, Treasury, and CIO teams to align technology solutions with business needs
• Utilize your deep knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes to guide teams in developing secure, scalable, and high-quality technology products.
• Develop and uphold data architecture standards, including interfaces, reliability, and governance frameworks, while enhancing the platform’s data sourcing, orchestration, and reporting capabilities.
• Evaluate and implement innovative technologies to enhance platform capabilities, drive performance, and optimize cost and scalability of data products and infrastructure.
• Leverage AWS, Databricks, and other approved technologies to build secure data solutions.
• Design integration strategies for seamless data flow between Treasury, CIO systems, and enterprise applications. Lead the development of scalable coding frameworks while optimizing the cost and scalability of data products and infrastructure.
• Develop technical roadmaps aligned with business and technical needs.
• Provide mentorship to teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning, diversity, and inclusion.
