To enable this growth, we have created a central team that works together to solve business problems, enhance the processes and run various Growth Programs. This team works with the key functions/verticals and drive strategic initiatives to provide velocity to this journey.
A key part of Nirog street’s growth is creating and fostering a tight community of doctors across the country & later, across the world. Nirogstreet is looking for a very strong product leader who can drive the next level of product development and growth.
As part of this team, you will get exposure to high-growth verticals/functions and ample opportunities to work on high-impact projects. NirogStreet also plans to make this team a key source of leadership talent for the future. Consequently, we expect the folks on this team to be growth-hungry and have sharp thinking and decision-making ability.
What you’ll do (Responsibilities)
• Understand the user’s context, their pain points & identify software solutions for these problems
• - Work with the design team to design world class products & experience
• - Work with the development team to build high quality products in challenging
• timelines
• - Help Marketing team/growth team increase customer acquisition and reduce CAC
• - Identify opportunities to increase usage/engagement within the product
• - Always keep an eye on the metrics - both acquisition and engagement, report it to the company and consistently improve it
Who you are (Qualifications)
• - Degree in Management or Engineering from Tier 1 institute with 5+ years post qualification experience
• - Strong problem-solving
• - Very strong communication(written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• - Ability to generate insights from research and data on regular basis
• - Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments
• - Work experience in early-stage start-ups (0-1) - preferably in community/social/ecommerce/supply chain products
• - Founding experience will be a plus
