Responsibilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, forecasts, and budgets
• Champion the transition to next-gen reporting and analysis capabilities (Power BI, AI, etc.)
• Spearhead annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads
• Construct dynamic financial models for leadership decision-making
• Analyze and translate key metrics into actionable stories for stakeholders
• Lead monthly close and reporting cadence for timely, accurate financial reporting
• Conduct regular variance analysis to drive course correction and improvement
• Prepare compelling financial packages for management, Board, and investors
• Bridge the gap between finance and operations with actionable insights
• Partner with business leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data with Operations and Data Teams
Requirements
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience in finance leadership, preferably in SaaS
• Expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, and forecasting with advanced Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar financial planning and visualization tools
• Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Deep understanding of corporate finance principles and scenario analysis
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for presenting complex data
• Proactive in identifying opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
