Position Overview
The Director of Talent Acquisition and HR will lead Teramind’s human resources functions with a primary focus on talent acquisition. This position will design and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent while ensuring HR practices support business objectives and drive organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have a blend of recruitment experience handling tech and non-tech roles, broad HR policy experience within a global workforce, and a proven track record of developing and defining HR functions within a growing organization. This position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the talent acquisition team including development of team KPIs, formal interview processes, and pipeline reporting.
Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify and secure qualified talent across all departments
Partner with leadership to align HR policies with business goals and metrics, including development of company positioning and branding
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations while maintaining risk management protocols
Create and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation
Optimize ATS and HRIS systems
Analyze workforce metrics and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions
Qualifications
8+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a people management role
Strong knowledge of talent acquisition methodologies and HR best practices, including the use of AI technologies in each vertical
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience building efficient, results-driven teams
Effective communication skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with HRIS/ATS systems and HR/Recruiting analytics
Experience with senior-level tech recruiting and retention
Experience managing and operating within a global business structure, inclusive of a remote, globally-distributed direct team
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or similar professional certification is a plus
