Roles and ResponsibilitiesPlanning
• Creates the resourcing plan for both long term and on a monthly basis
• Identifies the capacity requirements of the talent acquisition function for the year and plans to bridge the capacity shortfall
• Defines the optimal talent acquisition organization and the direction for the year to meet the stated goals execution
• Ensures all the profiles are hired and onboarded on time as per the business timelines.
• Sets the weekly and monthly goals for the individual talent acquisition team members in line with the overall monthly goals
• Enhances the capacity of the talent acquisition function as required through appropriate models – inhouse team, Vendors, contractors etc
• Has a good view of the budgets for the function and achieves within the budget
• Enhances the performance of the team members through active coaching and mentoring
• Develops and deploys repeatable processes and systems to standardize the talent acquisition operations – sourcing through joining

• Develop and build a team of high performing professionals by setting a high bar for onboarding and continuous learning

Qualifications-15- 20 years of experience handling US recruitment across India.
Setup and built scalable TA teams in the Analytics / IT industriesBe able to reach out to and hire senior leaders across functionsNetwork in the industry – vendors, consultantsComfortable in being hands-on with the new tools in the market Experience driving, building and scaling recruiting teams in hyper-growth environments.
Previous experience overseeing a large sales recruiting organization with experience in managing Customer Success/Client Servicing portfolios, experience within a Medical device, Pharmaceutical clients are strongly preferred.
Experience supporting stakeholders at the VP and C level, and a high level of comfort with influencing, pushing back, and acting as a strategic thought partner for building talent strategy at scale.
Ability to build trusted relationships with people at all levels, across multiple departments and in all geographies.
