Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute high-level performance marketing
strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring alignment with business
goals and performance objectives.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for
high-value clients, taking ownership of deliverables and maintaining strong
client satisfaction and retention rates.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize quantitative research and analytics to
devise and optimize campaigns, driving growth and meeting performance
benchmarks (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, etc.).
• Campaign Oversight: Oversee all aspects of digital advertising portfolios,
including performance, branding, and analytics, across paid channels (Google,
Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) and marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra).
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, providing
guidance and support to ensure they meet their monthly and quarterly goals.
• Training and Development: Regularly train and upskill the team in various
functions of digital advertising and company processes to foster continuous
improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to
create and upgrade reports, dashboards, and insights, driving product
optimization and strategic recommendations.
• Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of frameworks for ETML
through research, case studies, and articles, establishing the company as a
thought leader in performance marketing.
• Process Improvement: Assist in the creation and documentation of standard
operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and consistency
across the team.
Qualifications/ Requirements
• 7-10 years of experience in the digital advertising industry with a proven track record in
performance marketing, branding, and handling large-scale budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Media Communications, Business Administration,
Journalism, English or related Fields from Tier 1/Tier 2 colleges. MBA is a plus.
• Extensive experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, branding, and
advertising.
• In-depth knowledge of running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels, with
experience in managing large-scale digital media spends.
• Proven experience in developing media plans, testing different campaign ideas, and
executing successful strategies.
• Comfortable with advanced data and measurement tools; proficiency in marketing
automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex
ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, leveraging data to improve
campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
