Job Description
Director’s Assistant – Paediatric Allied Health
Helping Kids Soar by Keeping Our Team Run Smoothly
We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Director’s Assistant to help keep our small but mighty paediatric allied health service running smoothly. If you enjoy being the dependable, behind‑the‑scenes person who keeps tasks moving, systems steady, and the Director focused on strategic and clinical leadership, this could be the perfect fit.
You’ll provide high‑level administrative and operational support, coordinate projects, prepare documents and reports, manage the Director’s calendar, and help keep our team and families connected. You’ll also contribute to marketing, community engagement, and quality improvement activities.
If you’re warm, detail‑focused, great with people, and love bringing order to a busy, purpose‑driven environment, you’ll thrive here.
You’ll join a values‑led team that genuinely cares about children, families, and each other. We’re committed to creating a workplace where people feel supported, trusted, and able to do their best work. Our service is family‑centred and grounded in continuous improvement—both clinically and in how we design our systems.
You’ll work closely with a collaborative Director who values clear communication and shared problem‑solving. Your role will help the whole team stay organised, connected, and focused on delivering exceptional care.
There’s room for this role to grow in both hours and scope as our service expands and we learn more about your strengths.
We offer a supportive environment, opportunities to develop your skills, and the chance to be part of meaningful work that helps kids soar.
