Job Description
KPMG is seeking a Director, SAP Security Operations to join our Advisory Services team.
Responsibilities:
• Design and implement complex SAP Security engagement solutions, resolving technical challenges and integrating various components to enhance operational excellence.
• Lead the development of innovative strategies, reusable assets, and standardized components within SAP Security Operations, including the review and approval of documentation and SOP updates.
• Collaborate with SAP platform, security, controls, and GRC teams to align with firm-wide strategies and drive operational improvements.
• Formulate and manage the strategy and roadmap for SAP Security Managed Services, including scoping, pricing, renewals, and SOW preparation for new and existing engagements.
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Promote continuous improvement through automation, optimization, and proactive enhancements to SAP security operations.
• Uphold KPMG's values of integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of ten years of progressive experience in SAP security, controls, and GRC, including leadership of significant SAP departments or security operations teams.
• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; SAP certifications in Security, User Administration, or BASIS are preferred.
• Demonstrated capability to lead SAP security initiatives across SAP S/4HANA and/or S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition, including user and role administration, and SOD management.
• Experience in resolving complex technical and operational SAP challenges using internal and external vendor resources.
• A proven track record of driving automation and innovation within operational processes and SAP security environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior executives.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
