Role Overview
We are looking for a senior ServiceNow leader to own platform delivery, custom application development, and enterprise-scale automation. This role combines hands-on ServiceNow expertise with team leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead ServiceNow platform delivery across ITSM and custom applications
• Manage developers and senior developers for scoped app and workflow delivery
• Own solution design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Drive low-code / citizen development with proper governance and standards
• Design and deliver integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Orchestration
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security, and compliance
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
• Follow Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices
• Mentor teams and enforce coding and quality standards
Required Skills & Experience
• 12+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow development and leadership exposure
• Hands-on experience with ITSM modules and custom/scoped applications
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, and automation
• Experience with CMDB, integrations, and platform administration
• Proven experience leading teams and complex enterprise deliveries
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Architect
• Experience with Agile delivery and enterprise-scale platforms
