About the Role

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Director of Social to join our integrated solutions team and help craft innovative social campaigns for our tech and healthcare clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that deliver measurable results, working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure success. You’ll have the opportunity to drive impactful social initiatives while contributing your expertise in social and digital marketing.

About You

You’re a seasoned social media strategist with a proven track record of developing successful campaigns, particularly in the tech or healthcare sectors. You thrive on staying ahead of trends and have a strong grasp of both organic and paid social media strategies. With your deep understanding of social platforms, you’re able to create compelling campaigns that engage audiences and meet client goals. You’re also a proactive team player who can juggle multiple projects while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.You’ll have the opportunity to mentor junior team members and collaborate with integrated teams. You’re ready to step into a key role that will allow you to make a big impact on the growth of the social media practice within the agency.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client goals, ensuring campaigns are impactful across paid, earned, shared, and owned media channels.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with the account and creative teams to produce high-quality social content that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement.
Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients, providing strategic counsel and ensuring that social media initiatives are achieving measurable success.
Trend Awareness & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging social media platforms, continuously refining strategies and suggesting new approaches for client campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of social campaigns, managing timelines and ensuring quality standards are met.
Performance Measurement: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
Mentorship: Support junior team members, offering guidance and feedback to help them grow in their roles and produce high-quality work.
Qualifications
7+ years of social media strategy, agency experience, with a focus on B2B clients in tech or healthcare.
Proven success in creating and executing social campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results.
Strong understanding of both organic and paid social strategies, with experience across a variety of platforms.
Solid understanding of digital marketing and its role in a broader social strategy.
Ability to adapt quickly and adjust strategies based on client goals, audience insights, and performance data.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple campaigns and deliver on deadlines.
A collaborative approach, working well with both creative and account teams to bring campaigns to life.
Agency Operations
Prioritize and manage campaign timelines, ensuring work is delivered on time and exceeds client expectations.
Contribute to internal training, ensuring the team stays informed about trends, best practices, and new social media tools.
Actively participate in networking events, industry seminars, and conferences to build relationships and stay current on industry developments.
Self-Development
Set and track personal development goals with your manager, continuously seeking opportunities to grow in your role.
