About the Role:
As the Director - Solutioning, you will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative Sales & Enterprise Learning solutions that drive business impact. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyse training needs, craft customised L&D programs, and implement scalable learning strategies to enhance workforce productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learning Solution Design – Develop and implement end-to-end sales training strategies aligned with business goals
- Sales Enablement & Capability Development – Design competency-based learning programs to enhance sales effectiveness
- Consultative L&D Approach – Partner with clients and internal teams to provide customized training interventions
- Technology Integration – Leverage LMS, e-learning, and digital learning platforms for scalable and impactful delivery
- Performance Measurement – Establish learning analytics to assess impact, ROI, and continuous improvement
- Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with senior leadership to drive organization-wide learning initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 10-15 years of experience in Sales L&D, Enterprise Learning Solutions, and Capability Development in the B2B industry
- Strong expertise in sales enablement, instructional design, digital learning, and leadership development
- Proven track record in solutioning & consulting for enterprise L&D programs
- Ability to design, implement, and measure learning interventions at scale
- Experience in leveraging learning technologies (LMS, digital tools, gamification, blended learning, etc.)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills
