Job Title Director / Vice President, Head of Communications, ISPL Date 2-May-2026 Department Brand & Communications Location: Mumbai Functions Business Line / Function: Reports To (Direct) CEO, ISPL Grade (if applicable) Director / VP (Functional) Head of CSR, Brand & Communications, India Number Of Direct Reports 2 Directorship / Registration NA Position Purpose The Head of Communications, ISPL is responsible for corporate communications (content creation for internal, external and digital communications) and events for the Technology and Operations Capability Centres of BNP Paribas in India, working in close conjunction with the Territory Brand & Communications team. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities • CEO Communications • Develop and deliver the strategic communications agenda for the CEO’s office • Manage the entire range of CEO communications to employees of ISPL --own and leverage the different channels of communications like Townhalls, Floorwalks, mailers and videos • Manage the LinkedIn profile of ISPL CEO to position the organisation in the GCC target audience • Identify forums for CEO and organisation to participate and leverage • Employee Communications • Creating and delivering internal communications campaigns for ISPL • Echonet: Employee engagement by sharing stories focusing on CSR/notable deals and wins • Internal Marketing: Collaborating with internal communications specialists in other markets to reinforce messages and create recall for ISPL within the BNP Paribas Group • Events • End-to-end managing of process for key ISPL events • Coordinating with creative agencies for branding at venues for all events • Employee engagement and Employer Branding • Drive employee engagement by working collaboratively with territory management and HR • Support key CSR and DEI initiatives • Develop the website as key lever of “Life at ISPL” Contributing Responsibilities • External Communications • Working with other Territory B&C colleagues to external communications in a calibrated manner as per Group guidelines. • Inter-personal skills- to interact with the senior leadership to gather ideas and thoughts for the articles and collaborate with internal team • A team-oriented approach • Self-directed Technical & Behavioral Competencies • Strong blend of strategic and operational skills. Relevant experience may also have been gained in a consultancy or journalistic environment. • The incumbent should have relevant work experience in the GCC environment. • Proven ability to drive a strong internal brand and communication strategy. • Experience of working with a senior management team involved in setting, monitoring and communicating an overall strategic direction. • Proven ability of team leadership and successful people management. • Excellent English language skills required.
