What You Will Be Doing
The Disability Services Team Occupational Therapy (OT) Clinical Lead you will play a vital role in providing specialised support for people with disabilities (PWD) who are connected to our health service. This role will be the primary point of contact for individuals with disabilities, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate access to health and disability supports in both inpatient and community settings. The Disability Services Team OT Clinical Lead will focus on navigating the complexities of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and addressing the unique needs of individuals with complex disabilities through comprehensive assessments, advocacy, and transdisciplinary guidance.

What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
A relevant graduate qualification in Allied Health and current APHRA registration or professional association membership for non-AHPRA professions.
High level understanding and experience of working with PWD and the NDIS and health interface
Skills and experience navigating complex systems for people with a disability who present with a broad range of needs
Established skills in completing holistic assessments with a functional impact focus
A current Working with Children Check
A current and valid Victorian Drivers Licence
