Hilda Care is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team, supporting participants across Hobart TAS.

What You’ll Do:
As a Support Worker with Hilda Care, your role will include:
Personal care assistance (including hygiene and grooming)
Meal preparation and domestic duties
Assistance with community access and recreational activities
Emotional and social support
Documenting progress and completing daily shift notes
Maintaining clean and safe environments
Upholding professional boundaries and ethical conduct

Availability for irregular shifts, including short-notice calls
Essential Requirements:
Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
Working With Children Check (NSW)
National Police Clearance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module (completed)
NDIS Screening Check
Full Australian Driver's Licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
Valid work rights in Australia
Flexibility to work across all shifts: mornings, afternoons, active nights, and weekends

Casual
Pay Rate:
$35.00 – $41.00 per hour (plus penalty rates where applicable)
Shifts Available:
Morning shifts
Afternoon shifts
Active night shifts
Weekend and public holiday coverage
Flexible hours and on-call options
Location:
Work is conducted in-person, at participant homes or supported accommodation settings in Hobart TAS.
