Positions vacant: Part-time and Casual positions avable in West Brisbane and Ipswich reagons
Our company provides trained, caring, proactive support workers for NDIS recipients. By collaborating with our clients and carers, we assist them in achieving their goals and dreams. Our focus is on providing quality service by maintaining open communication channels between customer carer and provider.

Skills and Attributes
Well-groomed and presented
Friendly, cheerful and able to establish rapport with people.
Dependable and committed
Ability to follow instructions and work cohesively within teams as required
Capacity to work autonomously
Effective communicator - both oral and written
Adaptable, flexible and resilient to challenges and change
Proactive – anticipating needs
Ability to remain calm in crises
Possessing good organisational skills
Genuinely caring and respectful
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Certificate III in Community Services or Cert III in Individual Support or other relevant qualifications are highly regarded.
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Have or are willing to obtain a Disability worker Screening card with a blue card.
Current driver's license
Own car and comprehensive car insurance.
Previous experience in working with people with disability is beneficial
Previous experience working independently AND within a team is beneficial
Responsabilities
Provide support to participants with physical and/or intellectual disabilities
Understand and provide appropriate care to partisapants with low needs to partisapants with high needs who demonstrate a range of challenging behaviors
Assisting with activities relating to daily living, community support, and empowerment
Work under general guidance from the personnel seeking support, and their family, within clearly defined guidelines
Be apart of an on-call roster.
Ensure prompt and clear communication between yourself and office/management staff.
