As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in empowering clients to live independently and with dignity. This rewarding position involves building trusting relationships and delivering personalized care in home or community settings.Key Responsibilities:
Help with daily activities such as meal preparation, household chores, shopping, and medication reminders
Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to promote well-being and independence
Support clients in accessing community activities, appointments, and social opportunities
Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and team members to follow care plans
Monitor and report on client progress, ensuring a safe and positive environment

Excellent communication and active listening skills
Ability to work flexibly, including shifts, weekends, and evenings
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to promoting dignity and respect
availability on Wednesdays from 11am - 3pm and Tuesdays 0730am - 1230 pm

Pay: $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
Work Location: In person
