Disability Support Worker (Casual – Ongoing Permanent Shifts)

About the Role
Windsor Health is currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to support a participant living in a SIL (Supported Independent Living) home in Riverlea Park.

This is a casual ongoing role with consistent, permanent shifts, ideal for someone reliable and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide in-home support within a SIL environment
Assist with daily living activities (personal care, household tasks)
Support community access and participation
Promote independence and wellbeing
Maintain accurate documentation (case notes, incident reports, emails)
Essential Requirements

Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care
Previous experience in Disability Support or Aged Care
Valid Australian working rights
Full Driver’s Licence
Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Flexible availability (including weekends if required)
Skills & Attributes

Empathetic, patient, and caring nature
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable and proactive approach to work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation
