Full job description
We are seeking a compassionate, experienced female support worker to join a dedicated care team supporting a young child with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and behaviours of concern.
About the Role:
Location: Westmeadows 3049
Hours: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Days: Mondays
Start Date: Immediate Start
Essential Criteria:
Previous experience working with children with ASD and complex behavioral needs
Demonstrated understanding of positive behavior support strategies
Empathetic, patient, and proactive approach
Reliable and consistent availability
Valid Working with Children Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
First Aid & CPR certification
Fully vaccinated for COVID-19
Desirable:
Relevant qualifications in Disability, Community Services, Education Support, or related field
Driver’s licence and own transport
