Kitchen Hand / Dish Hand – Sussex Hotel (Walkerville)
The newly renovated Sussex Hotel is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dish Hand to support our busy kitchen team.
Working alongside our chefs, you’ll help keep the kitchen running smoothly by maintaining clean dishes, equipment, and work areas during busy service periods.
About the Role
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Keeping the kitchen and prep areas clean and organised
Assisting chefs with basic food prep when required
Supporting the team during busy lunch and dinner services

Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen
Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Availability across evenings and weekends
