Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste as needed.
Assist in food preparation tasks as required, ensuring that all food handling guidelines are followed.
Help maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low.
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and support during peak hours.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with kitchen operations in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others in the kitchen as needed.
Knowledge of proper food handling techniques and sanitation practices is beneficial.
