Job Description
Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean working environment by sweeping and mopping kitchen floors daily
Scrape plates, sort dishes, and rinse glassware before putting them in the dishwasher to be cleaned
Maintain proper amounts of detergents and other cleaning supplies, and notify the supervisor of any mechanical defects with the dishwashing machine
Attend regular employee meetings that will help you stay current on all procedures and safety protocols
Place utensils and dishes in proper storage areas after unloading the dishwasher
Qualifications:
Strong work ethic
Punctual
Hospitality experience preferred
Must be eligible to work in the USA
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
