Responsibilities: - Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, slicing meats, and preparing sauces - Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistency in food quality - Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing dishes and sanitizing kitchen equipment - Assist in stocking ingredients and supplies as needed - Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during meal service - Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Experience: - Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or banquet setting is preferred - Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
