Ensure that all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Assist in stocking supplies and inventory management to ensure the kitchen is well-equipped.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during service hours.
Participate in maintaining equipment cleanliness and reporting any maintenance issues as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in food preparation or kitchen help is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of food handling safety practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality industry.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
A passion for cooking and interest in learning more about the culinary arts is highly valued.
