Dishwasher/Kitchen Helper

Responsibilities:

-Insure dishes and dish pit area are clean first and foremost

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff

- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment

- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies

- Help with setting up and organizing the kitchen before and after service

- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and safe environment

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality setting is preferred

- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks

- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
